My brother just bought a gibson les paul studio from this company. Guitar arrives with strap wear scratches around the strap holder. Obviously it has been used. Also no warranty forms or checklist in the case. Bought an audio mixer and was fine with the first delay, 2 months later i call and ask what happened and they just send emails saying it will arrive 1 week later. Week goes by and they cancel my order without any of my confirmation!! Add comment

I called customer service and asked for help in getting replacement power tubes that went bad within 3 days of receiving my amp. I was told I will get 2 replacement tubes. I'm just not sure how a company like this stays in business. They cannot get anything right. Every shipment is wrong or simply never shows up. I wonder if MF is a scam. I've spent so much time calling them, trying to figure out where my orders are. Their "customer service" (haha) staff is clueless. So i ordered an acoustic mini stack from these folks, albeit second hand, i was told it would be in mint condition. However, i received the amplifier to find it emitting a terrible fuzzy sound. Why? BECAUSE YOU WILL PROBABLY NEVER RECIEVE IT. You will receive many order notifications stating the unavailability of the item but no goods. It has been nearly two months since the placement of the order. At time of purchase there was no mention of them not having the item in stock. Ordered a Fender Bass and was told I would receive a $60.00 Fender Gift Card for Fender products. Didn't receive it so I called and they said because I got a discount on the bass I didn't qualify.
