I ordered a 10" tama tom and received a 13" tama tom. Before the courier went i was able to check then refuse the item meaning it would get posted back, or so i was told. My $2000 order arrived on time, but damaged. The packaging was fine, it appears to have been shipped damaged. No mention of this was made in the product listing. Initially, I ordered a new egnater vengeance, paid full retail. When the amp arrived it was obvious the packaging was not factory nor was there any manual while that it a red flag if the amp checks out a manual can always be read online or ordered. I ordered a hardshell harmonica case from this company. Funny thing is there is no key for it and it is locked. I called them several days ago and they told me that they would call the manufactuer to get a spare key. Haven't heard a thing from them. I guess i can stare at it becuase it is usless to me. I have to agree. I had a price quote from a Taylor dealer and they just flat out said no. They are not excluded from discounting them, so I'm really, really baffled by this. First time in 12 years they flat out let me down. It was a 25% friends and family discount that they refused to match. They came back with 10% tops.
