Musicians Friend verification dept accidnetally made a double charge back to my Visa after I mcaught them in a lie about a guitar. They then accused me of planning this myself and accused me of stealing from them. Then I get a letter from CEO Robert Eastman telling me what greta customer I am and here is a 20% of coupon. I try to use it but for 2 weeks I am lied to about the guitar being in stock, I am told my account is not up to date, I am told my credit cards do not match with what they have etc etc. For two weeks I am told one lie after another until I am told that I will never get my order with 20% off becuase they think I pulled off some scam to get a double charge back. They f%&ked up and yet the lie, the deceive, they lie som more the make false and untrue accusations and the assisitant to mthe CEO, Debbie, calls me and say she has all the call records and say she sees no where that I was lied to about anything. Musicians Friend is a poorly run company and Robert Eastman is the CEO so its him I blame. I should sue these fools. Theycalled me everyday saying how sorry they were about the way I was treated and assure, guarantee me, that my order is going thru and they are giving me free overnight shipping, but the very next day the verifications dept calls again and say again there is a problem with the accounts. I finally got a supervisor to admit they were doing this on purpose until they got their money back from the chargeback they did themselves. They are not honest. This a terible company run by boobs and lairs. This comapny lacks integrity. They will not do the right thing for their customers when they have done wrong. I have challenged Robert Eastman to man up mand call me himself but he doesnt have the integrity to the right thing.

i ordered guitar pickups from MF and paid for overnight shipping. 3 weeks later my pickups had not arrived and i was denied a refund for the overnight shipping. not only that they sent the wrong color pickups and then told me the color i ordered was discontinued. when i ordered the pickups i was told the color i wanted was in stock. once again denied a refund and i was told not to ship them back because they would not refund my money and i was told it was my fault the pickups were ordered in the wrong color. the day before i called to make the complaint i checked the website and it said the color i ordered was in stock. twenty minutes after i made my complaint it was changed to out of stock. never order from musicians friend. i will never order from them again.

I ordered a $700.00 piece of gear.A 3 dollar template for cutting a hole in a bass drum showed.Not only do they think i'm lying to them,but my credit card that has ONLY EVER been used at MF,had the numbers stolen and used.

I agree, I am fuming right now over their shipping polices. I placed and order on monday (it's now thursday) and the items haven't even left the warehouse yet. Their shipping policies state "Most orders received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day! Centralized warehousing means you get your order faster. "..........I thought I'd AT THE LATEST have the equipment by the end of the week. Any other online company would've had it to me by Wednesday, it would've been here already.
