From musiciansfriend "I am contacting you in regards to your return activity with us over the years. We have audited your accounts and found that you are returning approximately 70% of what you receive.

Our return policy is set forth in good faith that it will not be abused in an effort to give our customers peace of mind to return items that they are not satisfied with. Moving forward we will be suspending your return privileges to return any item for remorse. This means that you can only return items if they are damaged or defective and upon receipt of a damaged or defective item we will be inspecting it at the warehouse, otherwise all sales will be final. If you need assistance in making sure that the gear youโ€™re looking to purchase is right for you, prior to purchasing it, I am more than happy to assist you in any gear questions you might have." This place had the nerve to send this to me after years of sending me defective merchandise.

Lots of wasted time shipping faulty gear back. They will not accept phone calls and corporate forwards to upper management cowards that sent this.

I will not shop with musiciansfriend again. Too many other retailers out there that care about their customers and stand behind what they sell.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $10000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
